Our March CLE was zoomed by Kelly Gibbons of the Witherite Law Group in Dallas.  Ms. Gibbons discussed proposed changes to Section 18.001 of the Civil Practice and Remedies Code and how these changes relate to the practice of law and potentially our daily lives.
