Join us for our In Person and Virtual October 15, 2026 Business Meeting and 2027 Election of Officers!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Pursuant to our Bylaws, we will be holding the election for the 2027 Executive Committee Officers at this Meeting. Voting will be IN PERSON AND BY PROXY ONLY. If a member cannot be present in person, they can designate a Proxy to cast their vote who will be present. This Proxy must be in writing and brought to the meeting by the person whose name is authorized by the member doing the ballot. That person is present at the meeting and will turn in the proxy ballot on behalf of the member submitting the proxy. Proxy ballots will be turned in at the meeting to the Membership Chair or the Secretary.
PLEASE NOTE: Per our Bylaws and Roberts Rules of Order, President Elect Nominations will be taken from the floor of the October Meeting. If you want to vote for a potential write-in candidate for President-Elect, then you will need to be PRESENT IN PERSON and NOT attending the meeting via Zoom as there will be NO hand raising vote allowed via remote attendance.
