IMPORTANT NOTE: Pursuant to our Bylaws, we will be holding the election for the 2027 Executive Committee Officers at this Meeting. Voting will be IN PERSON AND BY PROXY ONLY. If a member cannot be present, they can designate a Proxy to cast their vote who will be present. This Proxy must be in writing and brought to the meeting by the person whose name is authorized by the member doing the ballot. That person is present at the meeting and will turn in the proxy ballot on behalf of the member submitting the proxy. Proxy ballots will be turned in at the meeting to the Membership Chair or the Secretary.
